       This machine is mainly designed to de-oil the surface of screws and nuts after processing. It works with a conveyer belt and is PLC controlled. Usually, after the metal fasteners are processed by a molding machine or other processes, residual oil is adhered to the surface of the finished product.

      Front-end processing that must be done before the next workstation is processed. This can recycle grease and reduce pollution. The motor is operated with the inverter, and different de-oiling speeds can be set as required.
